Headquartered in Ontario, California, Perera has grown into one of the largest construction companies in California's Inland Empire and works throughout the western United States.
We use high-tech tools to quickly coordinate drawings to resolve conflicts and prevent delays. We learned early on that if we resolve conflicts, and complete buyouts and submittals early, the work stays on schedule.

Henry Perera, Jr. founded Perera Construction and Design, Inc. in 1989. The company’s success is built on both founding principles and enduring values.
Since 1989, the people of Perera have worked with a customer-focused concern for quality. The results are client relationships that lead to both repeat business and referrals to new customers.
Hank Perera explains:

Initially focusing on health care and energy projects, Perera quickly earned a reputation for honesty and high-quality work. By the early 90s, , Perera began accepting projects in two other rapidly growing fields: telecommunications and higher education. Expanding steadily, it is now licensed in 4 Western States.
