Perera partnered with Cedars‑Sinai to deliver a two-phase fit-out and relocation of the APEC (Academic & Professional Education Center) offices. This project transformed underutilized space within an active hospital setting into modern administrative and support environments—without disrupting hospital operations.

Scope of Work Included:

Demolition of existing interior partitions and systems

Construction of a new open-plan office layout with private offices

New lactation and mail rooms

Installation of new ceilings, lighting, flooring, and finishes

HVAC modifications and MEP coordination
