Project Overview

The remodel of the historic main gate at The Prospect Studios, originally built in 1915, preserves its architectural significance while modernizing its structure. As the gateway to one of Hollywood's oldest studio lots, the renovation carefully restored key features to honor the site's legacy, ensuring it remains a symbol of Hollywood's rich entertainment history for future generations. Work was performed on an active studio lot with operations continuing uninterrupted.
